KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
# Will have to Manage development activities i.e.
>> In order to Guarantee delivery timelines, quality and scope
>> Establish project plans, ensure everyone meets targets
>> Set priorities, motivate and mentor software developers
>> Have to work on Lead application design and coding across multiple mission-critical projects
>> Understand code that team mates create to lead development projects. Projects include Web applications in PHP, Network applications in C++, Java, middleware and data structures
COMPETENCIES:-
# Required in-depth programming knowledge i.e. should have been a software developer.
# Must have previous experience in leading 7-8 member development teams.
# Had strong experience in web applications and delivering in a rapidly changing market such as Entertainment.
# Can lead all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) as well as customer support experience such as requirements gathering, UI design, and Code development.
