Job Details:

The individual selected for this position will have the duties of a supervisory role. The individual will be the Team Lead and be responsible for the managing, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on the various tasks they oversee. The individual will provide task assignments to staff members and assist in the development of the projects.
Also, the individual will support complex application problems and system programming involving all phases of the system development and maintenance specific to requirements analysis, project concept development, system planning, acceptance testing
Test, Debug, and refine computer programs or objects to produce the required product. Assist in the preparation of required System Life Cycle methodology documentation. Provide technical assistance and user assistance to less experienced programmers and users out in the field. In addition, member will provide junior level staff guidance and knowledge of "Best Practices".
Requirements:
-The need is for someone who has significant experience both as a programmer developer and supervisory/team lead Good interpersonal skills is a must as the role involves interacting with the end users, staff, and government leads
-An in-depth understanding of systems and data architecture on both the Oracle and SQL Server is required
-Candidate must have worked and be very versed with web technologies and tools in general
-Must be a team player and be able to work in an operationally critical, diverse, and high politically exposed environment
-Good communication skills are required
-Minimum 4-6 years hands-on development experience with up to date programming skills with Microsoft .NET (dot Net).
-Minimum 2 years supervisory/team lead experience on a project overseeing a minimum of 10 staff members (program developers)
