Job Details:

1)Installation and Configuration Management
Obtains and leverages platform and operational expertise, uses resources and reference materials to implement installs, upgrades, and maintenance for OEM products and proprietary application packages within prescribed maintenance windows. Updates configuration documentation and databases according to defined requirements. Verifies changes as outlined in the RFC (Request for Change). Complies with company's Change Management Policies and Procedures.
Install, upgrade, and maintain OEM products and proprietary application packages.
Define and install/modify/update on-line configurations for QA and production environments.
Record configuration changes in various CMDB product databases and documentation.
Perform verification of changes implemented and where applicable obtain client acceptance.
2)Request Fulfillment:
Obtains and leverages platform and operational expertise for the purpose of request fulfillment delivering services and support as defined by the Services Portfolio/Catalogue - Service Level Agreement (SLA) and/or Operating Level Agreement (OLA).
Library maintenance and reporting for both source and production.
Security Provisioning/Deprovisioning.
Batch steam setups and on-line table maintenance.
EDT setups, modifications, and testing.
